Brand Manager

Job Description

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Understanding & defining the brand identity & aligning all the brand plans 

·         Analyze how to position the brand in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights

·         Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to

·         Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies

·         Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to take action

·         Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

·         Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

·         Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues

·         Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy

·         Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

·         Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

·         Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics

·         Co-ordinating with advertising agencies and research agencies, to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand.

·         Publish monthly marketing plan & manage delivery within the budget

Requirement:-

·         Minimum 5 years in Travel or Airlines in a Brand management role

·         Proven working experience in Online Marketing/Branding

·         Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising /Print/digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

·         Working knowledge of ad serving tools

·         Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

·         Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

·         Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Product Marketing, Mobility Business, online marketing and measurement
